PROOFING & TURNAROUND
For all wedding invitation orders, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract. Turnaround time varies. For completely custom invitation suites, you can expect to see an initial invitation draft within 2-3 weeks. For pre-made invitation designs, you can expect to see an initial invitation draft within 3-4 business days. So we can get your invitations looking just right, three rounds of edits are included with your order. After final approval of the digital preview, a final invoice must be paid in full before printing begins. Printing requires 2-3 full weeks.
We accept credit, debit and e-check payments via PayPal. For couples residing within central Ohio, we also accept personal checks. A 7.5% sales tax applies to all orders placed by customers with an Ohio mailing address.
All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which is typically a 2-3 business day service within the US. Tracking is included with your package and you will receive this information from PayPal when your order ships. If you would like to use another shipping carrier or upgrade to express shipping, please notify of us this change before placing an order. We also ship internationally at varying rates, please inquire for a quote. Alternatively, for local clients, you may choose to pick up your order at our 400 West Rich Street Studio in Columbus, Ohio.
To purchase a sample invitation set, simply purchase a single invitation for the price listed on our website. The sample set will include the item(s) shown in the photographs. All samples are generic and un-customized.

SPELLING & GRAMMATICAL ERRORS
We pay special attention ensure that all information is correct before going to print. If the wording you provide to us contains errors and we do not catch them before printing begins, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of a re-print. If the error was made by our design team, we will cover the cost to have the order re-printed, no questions asked!
We want you to be 100% happy with your custom wedding invitations. Due to the nature of custom items, refunds cannot be offered, but we will happily work with you to correct any problem or error that arises.
We do our best to ensure that what you see on-screen is what you see in-person, but ultimately, colors may vary slightly. The range of colors that are possible on a computer screen are far greater than the range of colors that are possible in print, so we recommend ordering samples when possible. Digital inks are slightly transparent, meaning they will pick up the color qualities of the paper or wood underneath them. This especially applies to designs printed onto wood or brown kraft cardstock.
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT WOOD INVITATIONS
Our wooden sheets are crafted especially for digital printing, and while we do our best to ensure that each print is the same; the grain, color and thickness of the wood does vary from sheet to sheet, sometimes quite noticeably. We like to think this just makes our invitations that much more special. No two trees are alike, and therefore no two invitations are alike!
